At Quiet Allignment, each offering is created with intention and care. Due to the nature of our products and services, please review the refund policy below before purchasing.


🕯️ Physical Products (Made to Order)

All physical products are made to order.
For this reason, we do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Personal preference

Please review product details and sizing information carefully prior to placing your order.


📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will gladly assist.

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide your order number

  • Include clear photos of the issue

Once approved, a replacement will be issued at no additional cost.
Refunds are not issued for damaged items — replacements only.


🌐 Digital Products

All digital products, downloads, and printable items are final sale and non-refundable.

Due to the nature of digital content and instant access, refunds cannot be issued once a purchase has been completed.


🔮 Clarity & Intuitive Sessions

All clarity sessions and intuitive services are non-refundable once booked or delivered.

If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to request a one-time reschedule (subject to availability).

Missed appointments or late cancellations are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.


🚚 Shipping Delays

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Packages marked as delivered but reported missing

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
